3.  Approval is at the sole discretion of Micro Dynasty, Inc., and can be withdrawn at any time.
     Basic Level - 25% discount: 2 to 10 wheels and less than $2000 per year.
     Associate Level - 35% discount: 11 or more wheels or more than $2000 per year.
     Partner Level - 50% discount: More than 100 wheels or $20,000 per year.
